Stay Zencasa began in 2021 when a husband and wife duo turned their first fixer-upper into a peaceful vacation retreat—and discovered a passion for creating beautiful, welcoming stays. What started with one remodeled 1970s home quickly grew into a thriving property management business where they now help other homeowners and investors do the same. Today, Stay Zencasa hosts 16 thoughtfully designed homes across Southwest Florida and New York, including several guest favorites and top 10% listings. We help homeowners earn passive income while curating serene, stylish spaces guests love to return to.
